Raising a neurodivergent child often means juggling many appointments, reports, and services, speech, OT, counseling, developmental evaluations, school meetings, and medical visits. Over time, families can feel inundated with information and overwhelmed by packed schedules that are hard to manage. Despite receiving multiple services, many parents still wonder: “Is this really helping my child in the way they need?”
A Service Coordination Records Review is designed to slow things down, make sense of the paperwork, and bring your child’s story into focus. Instead of adding another evaluation, I carefully review the reports you already have, psychological evaluations, school records, IEPs, therapy summaries, and medical documentation, to understand your child as a whole person, not just a collection of scores or labels.
I look for patterns across reports, highlight your child’s strengths, clarify areas of need, and identify where services may be overlapping, missing the mark, or creating unnecessary stress for your child or family. The purpose is not to recommend more services, but to help you feel clearer, more confident, and more supported in decision-making.
Through this process, families often gain:
A plain-language understanding of their child’s evaluations
Greater clarity about what their child truly needs right now
Insight into whether current services are aligned with those needs
Help identify gaps or redundancies in supports
Guidance for prioritizing school or therapy goals
A more manageable plan that respects your family’s capacity
A Service Coordination Records Review centers both your child’s well-being and your family’s lived experience. Effective support is not about doing more; it is about doing what truly helps, in a way that feels sustainable for your family.
